SurfPrep’s 3" X 4" Electric Ray is power packed with 3 speeds (4,000, 7,000 & 9,000 RPM). It’s brushless outer-runner motor is constructed with bigger magnets, providing greater torque which saves energy compared to inner-runner motors. The tool’s computer board is completely protected with a patented rubberized seal preventing environmental contamination. Patented spindle bearing fan enhances life by keeping motor & bearings at a lower temperature. Electric Ray Sanders have significant energy cost savings compared to pneumatic sanders as well as two override protection programs to enhance the life of the tool.
