Jowat High Heat Resistant Hot Melt Glue. Equal to Doris KS215, KS205. Characteristics: High viscosity hotmelt. High heat (167ºF) resistance and good cold flexibility of glue line. Excellent color and heat stability in the melt. Excellent on high speed glue lines. Applications: Hotmelt for automatic edgebanding suitable for PVC, solid wood, veneer, and resinated paper edgebands. Also used for soft-forming applications. (Not recommended for HPL applications). Application Temperature: 200º to 220ºC (392º to 428ºF) in the melt. Feed Speed: Roller applications: 50-60 ft/min. Nozzle application: 30-120 ft/min. 44 lb bags, sold per bag. Natural in color.
